where to find tea bags so i can drink my own special herbal tea?

I’ve been sick for over a month! First it was a mild cold, followed by a horrible ear infection then my ever lasting horrible migraines, after that bronchitis and now a sinus infection. GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!
I **** being sick!
I don’t eat meat, or eggs, I have milk and cheese about 3 to 4 times a week, but that’s it.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can change my diet or what I need to take to be healthier and boost my immune system?
I’m tired of being sick =(

I have recently become aware of a product called “Immunocal.” It sounds good, but it is fairly expensive and I don’t want to buy it if it is just another product that isn’t any better than regular vitamins. Does anyone have any practical advice?

For the past few months I can’t seem to stop getting sick. It’s like I get better from one thing and then another thing comes on. It started off with pneumonia, then I got strep throat, then I got the stomach flu, now I have a virus. It seems that I just can’t increase my immune system back to where it was without something hitting me.
Any suggestions on possible things I could take to increase my immune system would be great!
